Chapter 4047  Teaching Myria

Davis, Myria, and Everlight left for a cultivation chamber to learn about Evolution Laws. Fortunately, he worked day and night to keep records of his experiments. Katherine was also of much help, enduring a lot to help him learn the intricacies of the magical beast core, which allowed him to find and bring out the karmic connection from its ancestral bloodline, just like how they have inherited memories that occasionally pop up.

On the other hand, Drake, Zenflame, and Rocksunder also joined the battle shortly after, making the playground even better.

They need to be familiar with each other's powers if they are going to head out together.

Davis already made it clear that he wasn't going to accompany them because of the covenant, and they didn't expect him to come either as they already felt deeply indebted, so they took this training seriously and tried to increase their skills as much as possible, including learning and honing their Divine Techniques.

Back in Davis's sight, he saw Myria and Everlight studying studiously while also teaching them when they had doubts.

Of course, Everlight had no way to replicate what Davis did, even if she learned it because she couldn't reproduce karmic energy. However, no one said that she couldn't learn and keep it in mind. If her evolution led to her being able to become capable of using Karma Laws one day, then that would greatly help her overcome her bloodline limitations and perform evolutions using her own powers.

That's why Everlight also studiously looked through the hundreds of scrolls Davis had written.

His writing was also flawless and easy to understand, although many of his wild theories ended up confusing them. Myria chided him to write only the concise and required parts next time if he wanted to show it to others, but for this type of experimental test, she encouraged him to continue doing what he was doing since it was his crazy ideas that allowed him to break through and do what others were unable to accomplish.

Needless to say, Davis was happy to teach Myria since she taught him a lot using her Unfettered Earthly Reincarnation Scripture. Without it, he wondered how much he would have toiled around before getting his soul cultivation right. Perhaps he could brute force his soul cultivation with Fallen Heaven since it always acted as an anchor, but it wouldn't be as powerful as he is now.

In half a day, Myria already comprehended the theory of evolution in magical beasts.

However, next came the hard part: learning to fuse Life Laws and Karma Laws.

"No, no… you're not doing it wrong, but that isn't the way. Imagine karmic energy as though it was like threads and life energy as though it is a layer of cloth that you need to stitch. You sew the energy together, allowing you to create what I call evolution energy, and then use the layer of fused cloth to dip it in water, which is the essence from the magical beast core, and then pull it back to let the ancestral bloodline flow out in their body."

Davis gently explained as he saw Myria keep her palms between and use life energy and karmic energy in tandem.

But each time she tried to fuse the two energies, it would fail. This was the seventy-third time.

Of course, these two energies weren't berserk. They were practically harmless. If it were chaos and destruction energies, then Myria's two arms would've exploded at the very least. However, it wasn't like it wasn't strenuous. Fusing life and karmic energies was easier said than done, just like Myria described.

Each try took her a massive amount of focus, which honestly made her tired.

However, her expression never wavered, and when she heard Davis speak, she nodded and tried again.

Everlight kept a close watch, wanting to learn this in the future. But her concentration was still on the scrolls since she hadn't finished studying yet. She had to admit that Myria was extremely fast in learning this wonderful technique's theory.

On every tenth try, Davis also fused life and karmic energy to show. However, it was very vague and couldn't help much. Still, it was better than nothing.
