The flavors were up to them to choose from, and the person making them was none other than Mo Xuejing. The ingredients were something they got from the Aurora Glaciers, especially the special ice that Ye Jieye took from the Glaciers itself.

As for the anomaly in Anxia's physique, Ye Jieye and Mo Xuejing decided to do it at home lest others notice any heavenly phenomenon brought on by the activation of Ye Anxia's special physique.
