I'll Surpass The MC

Chapter 886: I…Will Miss You, Dad!

Chapter 886: I…Will Miss You, Dad!

Waves of influence permeated into her body from the layer of stone covering her, weakening her physical state to the limit. Normally, this would have suppressed around five to twenty percent of her strength, for Rocky Intimidation was only a Silver Grade Nature.

Even when unleashed by Gannala, the effectiveness only increased enough to weaken Ruvva by a maximum of twenty percent. However, that was in case Ruvva had her Prana.

The rocky layer had also been mixed with the shells of a Prana Bomb, which absorbed her Prana rapidly and dripped a fluid from the exterior. This was the fluid within a Prana Bomb, and now it dripped out after brimming with Ruvva's Prana.

Completely drained of all Prana, Ruvva stared helplessly as the layer-of rock and Prana Bomb shell-covering her face was removed through Subtle Terrain Domination. Gannala's face loomed before her as the latter's voice resounded with dead seriousness, "Give me what I seek, Ruvva."

"Fine! Fine! I will give it to you! Gosh, so annoying!" Ruvva groaned in displeasure, "I was just kidding around, you know? Can't a sister do at least that much?"

"Seriously!" Ruvva pouted as she glared cutely at Gannala, "I was joking around before. Can't you free me now, pretty please?"

"Big sissy!" Ruvva said, trailing her voice upon observing a lack of reaction from Gannala, "Sissyyyyyyyy...!"

"Give it," Gannala extended her hand and stared at Ruvva with a poker face.

"I will, I will, alright?" Ruvva grumbled as she extended her neck, behaving like it was painful to do so, "I don't have any Prana to use my Information Slip. Free me...dear sister?"

"I'll beat you up if you try anything stupid." Gannala snorted as she snapped her finger, causing the prison layer to fall off from Ruvva and free her. A cup hovered before Ruvva, containing the fluid of a Prana Bomb, "Drink it and recover your Prana."

"You'll stick to the deal, right?" Ruvva spoke only after she finished drinking the fluid in the cup, "It's honestly worth more than Sumatra Gold."

"I mixed the strongest of poisons concocted by Yennda into it." Gannala uttered calmly as she stared at the cup in Ruvva's hand, "And you drank all of it."

"What?" Ruvva threw the cup away in a fluster and hurriedly activated her cultivation technique, cursing only after seeing that she had been duped, "That's too much, even for a joke."

"It won't be a joke if you continue to test my patience." Gannala extended her hand and uttered, "I'll pay you according to its worth. I'll judge the value once I get it."

"Goddamn, you're a horrible sister!" Ruvva cursed as she condensed a large Spirit Container cluster, stopping after creating more than 2000 Spirit Containers in the cluster. The information was so heavy in terms of details that it too so many Spirit Containers, "This has everything from the Third Major Disaster that Yahard Tusk has witnessed."

"Good," Gannala nodded and reached for the Spirit Container cluster, frowning upon seeing Ruvva retract her hand last second, "Do you want to die?"

"Are you sure you want to see its contents?" Ruvva let out a sigh as her playful demeanour vanished, replaced by absolute seriousness, "You won't like what you'll see in it."

"I'll be the judge of that," Gannala grabbed the Spirit Container cluster and stuffed it in her mouth, swallowing with mild difficulty.

Her stomach promptly began digesting the Spirit Containers as a large volume of information streamed into her mind space. It was a complete, untampered witness of the fight between Brangara and the Mystic Seven, including the final State of Unity fight between the Royal Zinger and Celestial Boar.

Prana surged into her brain as Gannala began to go through the information, living through the scenes from Yahard Tusk's perspective. As she did so, her complexion paled, arriving at the final round of conversation between Inala and Yahard Tusk, where they discussed Harrala's death.

However, unlike Yahard Tusk who gave in to rage, she knew the truth, for she was still alive, "That...bastard."

With a sullen expression, Gannala walked away weakly and slumped on an ivory sand dune to gaze blankly at the sky, 'What am I supposed to do with this unreasonable anger after hearing all that, Dad?'

Harrala was dead. That was a fact upon learning of the Brood Mother's existence. Yennda wouldn't have gone all out to create such a Calamity if Harrala was alive. And Inala had purposefully machinated that outcome. This angered her to the extreme.

However, it was also this fact that made her helpless, realising that everything Inala did until the end was for her. By the end, Inala made Brangara completely forget about her, and even made the latter come to peace with the hatred that had been genetically ingrained into him.

In Brangara's perspective, Gannala was already dead. So, he had already accomplished his revenge. There was nothing there for him anymore, no hope, and also no room for vengeance. Brangara had nothing to gain anymore, since all his enemies were dead. Similarly, he had nothing to lose anymore, since his family was dead too.

The only survivors, according to him, were Yamahara and Barla. So, if Turnip were to ever revert into Astral World, Brangara would only focus on seeking forgiveness from Barla and wholeheartedly assist Yamahara in whatever the latter decided to do for Sumatra.

As the individual closest to him, Gannala could clearly follow Inala's train of thought, which was why she was helplessly sad, 'In the end, you sacrificed your everything for my future, and mine alone.'

Gannala was Free!

It was honestly unreal, something she never dreamed about experiencing. There was no longer the threat of Brangara looming over her. No longer was there a predator desperately searching for her to kill, torture, and consume.

She had incomparable strength and all the time in the world to focus on her development, without any worries. Continental Invasion? That was Yamahara's headache. And if Yamahara proved lacking, the new Blola would support him.

And if even that proved insufficient, Turnip would be used, or in the most desperate scenario, Astral World would be unleashed. Irrespective of how strong the enemies were, the Celestial Boar could deal with them.

The sheer level of power displayed by the Celestial Boar towards the end of the fight was unparalleled, able to face even Gold Grade Transcendents. Whatever will happen during the Continental Invasion was Brangara's headache, as his most-beloved son would be at the centre of it all.

In Yahard Tusk's memories, there was one where Inala left Sumatra Continent for an hour, that was possibly to intimidate the scouts from other Continents. Therefore, when the cultivators from other Continents invade Sumatra, their primary targets would be the Quip Clan, followed by the Wean Clan.

No one would bother specifically chasing after Gannala, unless they were to stumble upon her. If she wants, Gannala could very well flee to the farthest depths of Sumatra Continent and hide there until the end of her lifespan.

Considering the sheer size of Sumatra, it would take thousands of years for the Invasion to progress anywhere. It meant that there truly was no burden for her to bear. Inala had done everything to ensure she lived a comfortable life from here on. And that was exactly what he

meant by his parting words.

[Life Strong, Brat!]

'I've done everything a father could do to ensure a comfortable life for his daughter. Now, make me proud by living happily.' That was the intention behind his curt, parting words.

"I...will miss you, Dad." Gannala sobbed, knowing very well about when Inala lied and spoke the truth. The statement about the Royal Zinger was, unfortunately for her, the truth. Her Dad had sacrificed himself for her sake. And successive versions of Inala would merely be the Quip Clan's Deity, nothing more, nothing less.

She lost the last of her family.

Suddenly, she felt scared, weak even, unable to figure out a direction for her life. 'With his

character, Grehha must have already planned a future for the Mammoth Clan. Weapon and Armoury disappeared suddenly during the Third Major Disaster. Whatever held Harrala was merely a shell.'

'And before it vanished, it created a Spirit Weapon from the bodies of everyone at the scene, including Brangara. They will form the foundation for whatever version of Mammoth Clan that Grehha is creating.' She let out a sad sigh, 'The moment Resha became the Empyrean Supreme, the Mammoth Clan's objective had been achieved. I can say with assurance that Grehha now knows how to create Empyrean Supremes among the Mammoth Clansmen.'

She had a complete grasp of Grehha's character and was aware of the latter's obsession

towards the Mammoth Clan, which surpassed even Resha's. All of this meant one thing-she was no longer relevant, whether as a prey or a predator.

Whatever she did after this, no one would care. Allies or enemies, they'll have to be forged

anew by her.

'Eventually, Pet will probably come to request Mammoth Treasury and Arsenal from me.' Tears streamed down her cheeks like a waterfall as Gannala closed her eyes and focused on her

mind space, perceiving an overflowing Indigo Mystic Cup.

Soft aurorae glimmered atop it, subtly modifying the Indigo Mystic Cup to make it bigger,

able to regather and retain all of its overflown contents. And the moment the Seat of Transcendence reveals itself, the Indigo Mystic Cup would take effect, most probably upon absorbing the influence radiated by the Seat of Transcendence.

No, Gannala had an inkling that the Seat of Transcendence's influence would be what would

stimulate and activate her Indigo Mystic Cup. And considering its sheer accumulation, Gannala was guaranteed to evolve.

If she was caught unprepared, she would become a Quip Clansman, or worse, something

completely different, something so different that it would change her physically and mentally, influencing her into a whole new path.

[Live Strong, Brat!]

Inala's parting words echoed in her mindspace once again as even without much thinking,

Gannala knew what Inala wanted her to do, 'I need to prove that I'm your daughter. Is that

what you desire from me, Dad?'

'Instead of passively becoming a Quip Clansman, you want me to take advantage of this invaluable resource to forge my own path, since for everyone's sake, it'll be for the best if I remain detached from both the Mammoth and Quip Clan.' She analysed.

For obvious reasons, if she remained a Mammoth Clansman stubbornly, then the moment

Brangara returns and spots her, Inala's lie would be overturned. It would be a relaunch of the

cycle of hatred once again. 'Right, Grehha's daughter cannot be hated by Brangara, since the mother is Yarsha Zahara.'Nôv(el)B\\jnn

Similarly, as the only existence biologically birthed by Inala, the moment Gannala becomes a Quip Clansman, the whole of Quip Clan would become a mess, for her status would interfere with their entire structure that revolved around the Royal Zinger.

Her status as the Royal Zinger's biological daughter could become self-destructive to the streamlined thoughts of the Quip Clan. Even now, as a Mammoth Clansman, Gannala noticed the Quip Clan treating her with respect, respect beyond what an Empyrean Tusk with her

strength ought to receive from the Quip Clan.

She hadn't done anything for them and wasn't even in a trade relationship. At the end of the

day, if she wanted, she could wait things out and become a Quip Clansman at the Fourth Major

Disaster.

'But I won't be Gannala if I were to behave that way.' Slapping her cheeks hard, numerous

times, Gannala propped herself up and became invigorated, "Alright, let's do this!"

She then glanced to the side and noticed the figure of Ruvva almost on the horizon, bolting at top speed the moment she perceived Gannala's distraction, "This brat."

"Seems I have to pamper my little sister first," Gannala shook her head and chuckled, feeling

refreshed and playful for some reason. Her figure flickered as she chased after Ruvva, "Ruvva

needs some tough love."

Prana surged into her throat as Gannala equipped herself into the Nature slot of a Forest Boar

and bellowed, "I've got lots of presents for you!"

"Don't run, you sweet child!"
