"It's certainly good but not enough," I said. "We need more than that, I know they have the technology, they're saving it for the future though. Machine Warriors have the potential to become like Braveblitz with enough investment, there are several ways they can be upgraded and enhanced and that's without even mentioning all the other machines they could give to us to fight better."

"There will be no damn terraforming if everyone dies, you know that right?" I asked her. "Well, don't worry, they will change their minds."

Once back home, I finished dinner while talking about what happened, and the new benefits everyone was going to enjoy.

Although they were happy for more weapons and armor, they couldn't help but look disappointed. Most dumb pilots would be happy with that alone.

But my three generals weren't stupid, they knew such things wouldn't make a difference, we needed things that went beyond what we have.

Technology so advanced that it could turn the tables of war, yet that they're only saving for themselves, for this "future" they want to govern as the supreme governors of the new planet they're going to terraform.

But whatever, it's not like they'll be able to stunt my growth and the salvation of this colony for any longer.

"Don't worry about that," the ethereal form of the Neutonium Mother Core appeared above me. "Blake's Demonic Neutonium Core and Braveblitz's Heroic Rainbow Neutonium Core are connected as one. This bond was created when you merged together."

"Interesting, so such a thing happened," wondered Eleanora, nodding. "So tomorrow is the fifth day…"

"Yes, it is," I nodded, as I started eating the Neutonium Shards one after another, by the dozens, non-stop. "If today was already horrible, I can't imagine what they're going to do for tomorrow. Then there's the sixth and seventh days… we must prepare, there's no time! The Elders… I'll take care of them now, as quickly as possible."

Now that I had gained enough power, having transformed my body into half machine, and more, I had gained quite a lot of abilities, while also giving me the power to unlock stronger skills within my original repertoire.

For one hour, I absorbed all the Neutonium Cores one after another, some through eating, others I grabbed and touched them, and a few others, through the help of the Neutonium Mother Core.

Eventually, after spending most of my savings, including the "bonus" the Elders gave me…
